Lisa is Managing Principal of B+H Architects and a thought leader in the area of high-performance sustainable and healthy design.
A global ambassador for sustainable design, Lisa is a board member of the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC) and a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. She has design and project management experience across Canada, China, the US, Caribbean, and India. As a leader, Lisa is a former Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canada Green Building Council, B+H’s representative to the United Nations Environmental Protection – Sustainable Buildings and Climate Initiative (UNEP-SBCI), Past President of the Ontario Association of Architects in Canada, and member of the Shanghai Management Committee, Mainland China Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Christine is Director at M Moser Associates and a stalwart of health and sustainability for the built environment in Asia.
A Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, Christine was previously International Region President and is the current IPP. She penned the initial Memorandum of Commitment supporting COP 21 signed by Chapter presidents and colleagues around the globe. Her expertise spans urban integration, revitalization, energy optimization and occupant health & wellbeing. As RESET AP, LEED AP, BEAM Professional and WELL AP, Christine guides clients and community stakeholders through deep dive investigation, coordination and implementation of industry best practise.
Anjanette is Senior Materials Analyst and an expert in the development and implementation of new standards for building products and projects.
Anjanette helped develop the first version of the RESET Standard and guide its implementation across all initial pilot projects. She was the first ambassador in China for the Living Building Challenge (LBC) and Materials Expert for the first two LBC projects in the country. She managed the production of the first HPDs and EPDs for Chinese manufacturers using regionalized data and has since registered numerous Declare labels on behalf of manufacturers with the LBC.
As an industry advocate, she regularly delivers public speaking engagements on indoor air quality and chemical transparency in building materials. As Senior Materials Analyst she works with top-tier international clients including manufacturers and building owners, to create individualized strategies for the implementation of healthy materials.
Eric Sun has completed and lead over 450 indoor environmental projects––including: certified indoor environmental testing and remediation (air, water, mold, lead, asbestos), compliance testing for the indoor environment and material emissions, emission source identification, USGBC LEED v3.2+4 indoor air quality assessments, WELL project consultation for air and water concepts, particulate matter 2.5 leakage audits, HVAC inspections and retrofitting, and energy audits (blower door testing)––for consulates, corporate offices, industrial facilities, international schools, and residences. Eric leads a team of ten environmental engineers that utilizes a combination of cutting edge monitoring equipment (PID, MOS, electro chemical, laser counters, gravimetric, etc. ) and industry best practices to help clients diagnose and fix indoor environmental issues. Eric is also on USGBC’s LEED Indoor Assessment Working Group which aims to develop a revamped IEQ protocol, incorporating new testing protocols and continuous monitors.
Philippa joined Verdextra in 2015. She has over 15 years’ experience in private equity and real estate operations, and joins from a global real estate company where she held a number of roles. She was most recently global co-head of sustainability but has also managed transformation, construction and software projects. Philippa brings significant client-side experience, gained within some of the largest private equity companies in the world. She has served on a number of industry sustainability committees, including the BPF, INREV and GRESB and continues to contribute to task groups and committees.
Tom is the Director of Engineering and Projects for PureLiving. He is responsible for the continued development of innovative solutions to optimize the indoor environment and improve occupant health and wellbeing.
Tom's professional experience ranges over construction and project management, assessment and integration of indoor environmental technologies and IoT monitors and cloud networks. Tom is a frequent contributor to IAQA, Corenet, IFMA among other industry publications and forums.
