Description I am currently the MEP Department Manager at ATS Engineers, Inspectors & Surveyors with over 27 years of experience in project management, HVAC and plumbing design, commissioning (Cx), and facility evaluation. I provide evaluation, assessment, design, construction documents, and construction administration for MEP systems on residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, governmental and institutional projects. At ATS, I leverage my experience as an engineer, contractor, and service provider to perform diagnostic studies and assessments, retrofit design projects, new construction design projects, energy studies, Cx, and retro-Cx.
