美国被动房协会 (PHIUS) 宣布与RESET达成合作协议

PHIUS+和RESET认证所共有的使命确保了居住者和工作人员的健康和福祉。

芝加哥 - 2017年6月7日 - 美国被动房协会 (PHIUS) 宣布与GIGABASE (GIGA循绿) 达成一项新的合作协议，GIGA循绿是建筑材料数据中心 Origin 和RESET 标准的开发单位。

协议包括鼓励获得PHIUS+认证的建筑同时采用RESET标准来验证入住后的室内空气质量 (IAQ) 以及能耗运行情况，并建议申请RESET Air和 Energy认证的项目同时采用PHIUS+标准和设计指南。

GIGA循绿是一家将建筑标准开发与云端软件相结合的国际第三方组织。GIGA循绿的使命是在全球范围内改进室内环境和用户健康。GIGA循绿的软件方案包括Origin和RESET认证。GIGA循绿开发并管理RESET标准——全球首个侧重健康和能效实时数据的建筑标准和认证计划。

“优良的IAQ和能效是被动房设计的核心，”PHIUS 总监 Katrin Klingenberg 说到：“PHIUS+认证对能效有着十分严苛的规定，但缺少衡量IAQ的标准和方法。RESET则提供了衡量和验证IAQ和能效的标准和方法。我们希望通过这个与RESET的合作协议能够推动我们的共同目标，即保障住宅和商业建筑的健康IAQ。”
