We are very excited to finally make the drafts of the Water, Energy, and Circularity Standards available for download!

The design and implementation of the standards take into consideration how the different types of data come together how they will evolve moving forward in relation to the other standards and programs we have.

The links below will take you to the page on the RESET Website to download the PDF:

We will be collecting feedback in the next few months, so we welcome any thoughts or insight that you might have at info[at]reset.build.

About the RESET Standard

The RESET Standard is the world’s first sensor-based and performance-driven data standard and certification program for the built environment. The RESET Standard creates a structure for data quality, continuous monitoring, and benchmarking. The standard harnesses the power of technology in order to assess the performance of buildings and interior spaces during their operational phase.

The RESET Standard consists of five stand-alone standards: Materials, Air, Water, Energy, and Circularity. They are modular and can be implemented separately or together depending on the needs of the project.
