The developer of the site is Brookfield group, which is one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers, focused on real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and private equity. The campus is comprised of five warehouses (A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4 and A-5) and one 6-story building (the complex building).
